Do you know , FACE IS THE INDEX OF MIND not the body. We can do some excercise and strengthen our skin and muscles but can we reallly bring back our INNOCENT face?
Yes, says an Indian author. Type “liveinmatrix” in GOOGLE and follow the first link to know the secret
This video is awesome!!! I have been doing these for a while. I feel like i had a face lift!!! i friend of mine gave me your DVD. Thanks so much. i was so happy to see you online so i can say thanks. Don’t give away too many of your secrets on here Gary.
This is a very good excercise for your face, and I did start seeing a difference in 4 days(that’s 20 min a day, away from people if you could, it does scare them haha). Just watch out for your tongue, it might cramp on your first try
I got your comment about my Happy Face Yoga. These exercises strengthen and tone your facial muscles, which bring a wonderful youthful vitality to the face. By doing these exercises, we are working the muscles in the face, not stretching the skin. The results are proven by the thousands and thousands of people who have learned these exercises. No one has ever experienced any “stretched skin”.
I understand the idea behind exercising facial muscles. However, I worry about stretching the skin that will have the exact opposite effect from the one I am trying to achieve. Conventional wisdom has told us for years not to stretch or pull the thin skin around the eye. Can you address this?
cheek pushups!! hahahaha! And i actually did it, LOL!! hope this works, i feel like such a fool doing it..
